Prior to starting Medical & Psychotherapy Billing, LLC I worked for a number of Psychologists offering billing and practice management services in their Eugene based offices. After life events caused me to relocate to Baker City in August 2019, I transitioned my support services online as a way to continue offering billing and practice management remotely.

When the COVID-19 crisis occurred, I helped many of my clients set up and transition their practice services online ensuring HIPAA compliance. This allowed providers to continue offering their mental health services without skipping a beat.

Initially, I offered more individualized remote billing support for practices. This enabled providers to create an individualized service agreement based on which areas of billing and practice management they wanted support. Over the last five years I found that practice receivables were lowest and practice reimbursement rates highest when I provided comprehensive billing services. I pride myself on helping providers at all stages of their private practice meet their practice goals.
